NASCAR CANADA 300 EVENT RAIN OUT POLICY

Please note - in the event of rain on Saturday, July 12, the NAPA 300 will move to Sunday, July 13. However major attempts will be made to run the race on Saturday, July 12. There may be minor delays if there is rain, however every effort will be made to ensure the race is run on Saturday, July 12.

We recommend you make every attempt to come to the track even if the weather looks unsettled. The race program may be paused for rain but will continue immediately after the rain stops & the track is dried. The race program will continue on Saturday and ONLY if NASCAR makes a decision to postpone to Sunday will the EIR Website & Facebook & Twitter & Hotline be updated! 

There will be absolutely NO Cash Refunds for ticket purchased for this event.

Parking in the Track Parking is available Free.

Parking will be first come first serve for $20. per vehicle.

A free shuttle on Saturday will be available starting at noon at the Wetaskiwin Ag. Grounds

Come and Watch skydiving demonstration by the

Canadian Armed Forces Parachute Team

Demonstration will be at 5:30 p.m.

Meet them during the Meet and Greet at 6:10 p.m.

JIFFY JEEP

Come and watch as the CFB Edmonton,

1SVC BN and RCEME dismantle and Jeep then

put it back together and drive away within minutes.  

Jiffy Jeep Demonstration are planned for both days.

Planned Deomnstration are 2:45 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.

FLY OVER

CH-146 Griffon utility tactical-transport helicopter  - The Griffon features GPS-satellite navigation and Doppler-radar systems. It can also be fitted with a variety of equipment, including self-defence weapons, a powerful searchlight, and a hoist to extract people and cargo from almost any terrain.

NASCAR WEEK IN WETASKIWIN

NASCAR Week in Wetaskiwin is a week long celebration prior to NASCAR Canada's NAPA 300 on July 12th 2025.  This week (July 6th - 12th) highlights Businesses, Clubs and Organization and promotes a positive community.  Working together to bring fans and visitors into Wetaskiwin and the County.  Please check the following link for more details about NASCAR Week in Wetaskiwin.
